I am super happy with the contents of the lucky bag and they even made sure that some of it matched the bedding (underwear set). Another thing is that they ship to Sweden where I live. Not true to size

I like the quality. Unfortunately, their clothes are in no way true to size. I have a baby below average in size who is consistently 1 or 2 sizes above average in clothes. I got a bodysuit in size 68 for Christmas, my son just moved up to size 62 and it is so tight to put on that we have had to get rid of it again… it's really a shame. I like the quality. I am usually a loyal buyer at that's mine. I usually think their customer service is good and they respond quickly. This time at Black Friday I had a less good experience, both on the website and customer service afterwards.. the bundle category was confusing as the same piece of clothing was underneath but not in the same print. However, it still came up in the bundle category. Customer service could not see any problem with that. Too bad.. I am usually a loyal buyer at that's mine. Bought two sleeping bags from Thats mine. Unfortunately, the button on the top of one sleeping bag broke after 5 months. I wrote to customer service tomorrow at 6 am and at 9 am there is a reply and they will send a new one today. Sleeping bags are indispensable by the way :-) Especially if baby kicks the duvet off.
